Software Engineer, Data Migration

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in backend systems and expertise in the Java ecosystem, working collaboratively to develop high-performance data migration solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop backend code for the data migration engine
• Collaborate with teams to deliver product features
• Build efficient backend services for AI functionalities
• Identify and resolve performance issues
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems

What they're looking for

• 2+ years in backend or distributed systems
• Proficient in Java, Rust, C/C++, or Python
• Experience with Kafka and Debezium
• Familiar with SQL databases
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Exposure to JavaScript and React is a plus
