DevOps Engineer

NPR is looking for a DevOps Engineer to enhance their technical product team, focusing on building and maintaining infrastructure and services for their network. The ideal candidate will possess strong cloud management skills, take a proactive approach to automation, and work collaboratively with developers to optimize system performance.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure workflows
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux/Unix compute instances
• Deploy and scale workloads within cloud environments
• Optimize application performance and infrastructure scaling
• Develop and standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Monitor and manage relational databases and storage architectures

What they're looking for

• Proficient in Linux/Unix system administration
• Experience with cloud orchestration technologies
• Automation scripting in Python or Bash
• Understanding of CDN concepts
• Experience with virtualization and containerization
• Knowledge of relational database management
