About this role
Netskope seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to drive sales and customer success in cloud security. You'll engage executives and architects on Netskope's platform, lead proof-of-concepts, resolve customer issues, and own territory growth through demos, presentations, and strategic partnerships.
What you'll do
- Exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Present and demonstrate cloud security solutions to prospects and customers
- Lead proof-of-concepts and technical evaluation exercises
- Gather requirements and establish Netskope as the optimal solution for customer needs
- Manage customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and advocate for customers internally
- Provide competitive analysis and differentiation to sales and support teams
