About this role
Netskope seeks a Solutions Engineer for the SLED market in Texas to drive cloud security sales and customer success. You'll serve as the technical expert and customer advocate, delivering product demonstrations, leading proof-of-concepts, and translating complex security architecture to C-level executives while meeting aggressive sales targets.
What you'll do
- Exceed sales targets for assigned territory through customer acquisition and expansion
- Present Netskope's cloud security architecture and solutions to senior executives, CISOs, and IT architects
- Conduct product demonstrations, POCs, and evaluation testing with prospective and existing customers
- Gather technical requirements, create win strategies, and respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Serve as primary customer contact for technical issue resolution and advocate for escalations to HQ support
- Provide product feedback to management based on customer needs and competitive insights

- Cloud security and Zero Trust architecture
- Systems administration (Linux, macOS, Windows)
- Mobile device management (MDM/MAM) and iOS/Android
- Web proxy, NGFW, VPN, SAML/SSO, and DLP technologies
- Public cloud platforms and identity providers (Azure AD preferred)
- Technical presentation and communication to executive audiences
- Proof-of-concept design and management
