Nooks.ai is seeking a founding GTM Engineer to enhance their revenue operations through system design and automation. This role involves identifying inefficiencies within the GTM process, building technical solutions, and driving adoption across teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain GTM automation systems
• Eliminate manual processes in Sales and Marketing
• Build prioritized workflows for sales reps
• Evaluate and implement AI tools for revenue operations
• Create dashboards for performance analytics
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams on operational needs
