Process Engineer

About this role

Oklo is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team, responsible for designing and analyzing power process systems within their plants. The role involves creating fluid and process systems, developing technical documentation, and collaborating with vendors.

What you'll do

• Design fluid and process systems
• Define equipment specifications and performance criteria
• Assemble and operate prototypes for design refinement
• Generate documentation for equipment layout and maintenance
• Act as process system owner throughout its lifecycle
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment analysis and testing

What they're looking for

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Aerospace)
• Experience in design engineering for process equipment
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles
• Knowledge of power generation and heat transfer equipment
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Strong documentation skills
• Problem-solving and creative thinking
• Experience with compressible gas system designs
