Olsson is seeking a Civil Engineer for their Site Design team to work on a variety of land development projects. The role involves project design, CAD drafting, and mentoring student interns while contributing to a positive community impact.

What you'll do

• Conduct small-scale design for engineering projects
• Assist in creating project documentation and schedules
• Perform CAD drafting and mentor interns
• Conduct research and draft technical reports
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on technical procedures
• Manage project and client information

• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Engineer Intern (EI) certificate
• Knowledge of Civil 3D
