Olsson is seeking a Project Engineer to join their Rail Water Resources team, providing engineering and project management support for water resource projects. The role involves data analysis, technical reporting, and collaboration with various teams while traveling to job sites in diverse environments.

What you'll do

• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling
• Prepare project documentation adhering to scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop new techniques and guide design tasks
• Collaborate with project managers on progress reporting
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits for projects
• Maintain project information in management systems

• Professional engineering license (PE)
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
• 4+ years of water resources engineering experience
• Floodplain management and permitting experience
• Proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software
