What you'll do

• Develop design solutions for bridges and related structures
• Collaborate with project managers and team members
• Ensure projects are executed within scope, budget, and schedule
• Support engineering design efforts and technical responsibilities
• Mentor less experienced staff as needed
• Expand the firm's bridge engineering presence in Iowa

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
• AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design experience
• Familiarity with bridge analysis/design software
• Experience with DOT bridge projects preferred
• Knowledge of MicroStation or similar design software
• Strong collaborative skills
