Frontend Engineer, Servicing

About this role

OnePay seeks a Frontend Engineer to join the Servicing team and build customer-facing web applications for financial services. You'll develop features used by millions, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences for users and support agents.

What you'll do

• Build and ship frontend features that improve customer and agent outcomes
• Implement best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous delivery
• Collaborate with product, backend, and operations teams on end-to-end experiences
• Own features from concept through launch with accountability and transparency
• Improve agent tooling and productivity through thoughtful UI/UX design
• Develop reusable, scalable frontend components for the platform
