About this role
OneTrust is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Atlanta to join the R&D team building mission-critical applications focused on data governance and responsible AI. You'll design and maintain highly available platforms, implement observability tools, and collaborate across teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design, deliver, and maintain highly available and performant application platforms in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams
- Build and implement application observability and monitoring tools to enhance customer experience
- Automate processes, tune alerts, and optimize code to reduce operational toil
- Evaluate emerging tools, techniques, and trends relevant to platform development
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, prioritize issues, and resolve problems
- Define, implement, and maintain SLIs and SLOs aligned with customer needs
