About this role
OpenEye is looking for a Service Reliability Engineer to enhance system reliability and improve the software release process. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure stable deployments, exceptional customer experience, and monitoring of key performance metrics.
What you'll do
- Engineer solutions for system integrity and reliability
- Monitor and improve system metrics
- Implement and enhance monitoring and observability systems
- Participate in incident response and post-release analysis
- Collaborate with teams on reliability and quality initiatives
- Champion customer experience in all operational efforts

- Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Proficiency in CI/CD technologies
- Knowledge of scripting languages and/or Java/C#/C++
- Understanding of TCP/IP and development practices
