What you'll do

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at hospitals, clinics, and patient homes
  • Perform preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades, and system verification
  • Deliver first and second-level technical support with after-hours and weekend coverage availability
  • Document service activities in ERP systems and manage parts inventory and failure reporting
  • Provide technical feedback to R&D on product performance, serviceability, and customer insights
  • Support marketing and sales at seminars, trade shows, and customer demonstrations
