About this role
Pallet is seeking a Product & Deployment Engineer to implement AI agents in large logistics companies, enhancing workflows and automating manual processes. This role involves close collaboration with clients to develop solutions, debug systems, and shape product strategy based on real deployment experiences.
What you'll do
- Reverse engineer undocumented systems and APIs
- Design and build integrations with Pallet's AI platform
- Debug production failures in complex environments
- Consult onsite with customers to resolve issues
- Manage customer go-lives from start to finish
- Translate customer needs into product enhancements
What they're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in production systems
- Proficient in API integrations and event-driven architecture
- Strong debugging abilities under production constraints
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with customer engagement
- Knowledge of logistics software is a plus
Benefits
- $160,000 - $200,000 salary
