About this role

Kindroid is hiring a Founding Engineer to build and scale their platform across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You'll own greenfield development, maintain codebases, work with AI/ML pipelines and GPU clusters, and engage directly with customers to resolve issues.

What you'll do

  • Develop core platform features spanning frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure
  • Build new applications from scratch and maintain existing codebases with refactoring
  • Design and implement fine-tuning pipelines and manage GPU cluster infrastructure
  • Debug complex issues by analyzing logs and stack traces with customer support
  • Collaborate with design and product teams during feature handoff
  • Learn and apply AI technologies to platform development
