Persona is seeking a Security Engineer to join their corporate security team, focusing on protecting identity verification systems from evolving threats. The role involves developing and implementing security measures, automating processes, and collaborating with various teams to enhance security across different environments.

What you'll do

• Develop and operate endpoint detection and response (EDR) rules
• Implement security best practices for SaaS and endpoint environments
• Build tools for scaling security controls and monitoring
• Harden corporate infrastructure against attacks
• Translate telemetry into actionable security measures
• Establish insider threat detection and response programs

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in IT or corporate security
• Hands-on experience with macOS endpoints
• Knowledge of endpoint hardening techniques
• Familiar with data loss prevention concepts
• Experienced in email security and social engineering defense
• Scripting and workflow automation skills
• Effective communication with non-technical staff
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
