What you'll do

  • Serve as the lead technical advisor for Enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to align Plaid capabilities to customer needs.
  • Conduct demos, technical discovery, and solution design.
  • Participate in pilots and define success criteria.
  • Refine sales assets and technical playbooks.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for customer feedback.
