This role involves collaboration with the sales team to address technical concerns and ensure a smooth transition to the post-sale phase, requiring deep knowledge of the fintech ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Serve as the lead technical advisor for Enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives to align Plaid capabilities to customer needs.
- Conduct demos, technical discovery, and solution design.
- Participate in pilots and define success criteria.
- Refine sales assets and technical playbooks.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for customer feedback.
