About this role
Point72 seeks an IT Operations Engineer for End User Computing to provide technical support and infrastructure management for executives and investment professionals across New York and Stamford offices. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting of desktops, mobile devices, and trading platforms with project management and on-call support responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Deliver premium technology support to executive management with troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing
- Diagnose and resolve issues across trading platforms including Bloomberg and Neovest
- Develop and manage project plans for new technology initiatives
- Coordinate with internal and external technology service providers globally
- Perform root cause analysis on complex issues and recommend preventive actions
- Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support with domestic and international travel as needed
