About this role
Point72 seeks an experienced Software Engineer to join its Back Office Technology team, developing high-capacity systems for fund accounting and trade processing. You'll modernize platforms through cloud adoption, build integrations with internal and external systems, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance post-trade workflows.
What you'll do
- Build and deliver software applications supporting fund accounting and trade processing technology
- Develop high-capacity integrations between in-house and vendor applications while managing internal and prime broker data
- Implement system upgrades for resiliency, capacity, automation, and controls alongside DevOps teams
- Migrate select applications to cloud platforms to improve stability, scalability, and performance
- Lead data warehouse modernization initiatives and continuously improve platforms using latest technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams on agile projects
