What you'll do
- Support Treasury team across repurchase agreement trading, margin, and stock loan workflows in front-office environment
- Identify and resolve complex production issues by diagnosing root causes and coordinating fixes with stakeholders
- Monitor mission-critical workflows, data feeds, and processes to meet service levels during trading hours
- Analyze application and data issues affecting financing and margin activity, driving timely remediation
- Coordinate application releases by validating changes and confirming production readiness with business users
- Develop and improve support processes through runbooks, documentation, and automation to reduce manual work
