What you'll do

• Support sales by nurturing corporate prospects and customers
• Conduct technical demos and workshops for potential clients
• Address technical questions and provide solutions for customer needs
• Create reusable educational materials for API adoption
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
• Maintain customer environments and assist in development practices

• 4+ years in corporate sales or solutions engineering
• 3+ years in software development
• Experience with multiple APIs and data platforms
• Strong understanding of modern development methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with developer tools and cloud services
• Strong customer-facing and advocacy skills
• Comfortable with SaaS sales processes
