Software Engineer - Stellar

About this role

Rain is seeking a Software Engineer to design and maintain Soroban smart contracts on the Stellar network and develop backend services for high-volume crypto transactions. This role involves shaping the technical roadmap and driving architectural decisions within a rapidly growing fintech environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Soroban smart contracts
• Build scalable backend services for Stellar, EVM, and Solana
• Support millions of users with on-chain infrastructure
• Contribute to technical and product roadmaps
• Make architectural decisions in a fast-paced setting
• Quickly deploy new capabilities to customers

What they're looking for

• Expertise in Stellar ecosystem and Soroban
• Proficiency in Rust programming
• Understanding of smart contract security
• Experience with Node.js
• 2–10+ years in software engineering
• Familiarity with backend systems
