GTM Business Systems Engineer, Post Sales
About this role
Ramp seeks a Senior Business Systems Engineer to design and maintain Salesforce-based post-sales systems that power onboarding, activation, and revenue workflows. You'll architect integrations between Salesforce, internal platforms, and business systems while translating complex commercial requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Build and operate reliable integrations between Salesforce, revenue apps, data systems, and adjacent platforms with focus on data contracts and error handling
- Design and maintain iPaaS solutions using tools like Workato and Clay
- Drive architectural decisions on patterns, tooling, and designs to ensure scalability and performance
- Own data integrity and assumptions in your focused area; contribute to continuous improvement
- Write technical specifications including architecture diagrams, data models, process flows, and sequence diagrams
