ReadMe is looking for an experienced Enterprise Support Engineer to provide stellar technical support for enterprise customers, focusing on API and integration challenges. The ideal candidate will help improve customer experiences while collaborating closely with various teams within the company.

What you'll do

  • Act as the main technical contact for enterprise clients.
  • Provide professional support through multiple channels.
  • Troubleshoot complex API and integration issues.
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to address customer needs.
  • Identify and suggest improvements based on support case patterns.
  • Create clear communications during escalations.

  • Deep understanding of APIs and debugging
  • Experience with OAuth, SAML, and SSO
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Familiarity with Chrome Developer Tools
  • Strong root-cause analysis skills
  • Experience with markdown formats
  • Use of AI tools in debugging workflows
