Business Applications Engineer, Workday

Redwood Materials is looking for a Business Applications Engineer to manage and optimize their Workday HCM platform and connected systems. This role involves enhancing existing functionalities, addressing issues, and facilitating collaboration between HR and IT teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day Workday administration and security management
• Manage integrations with various systems such as Greenhouse and GL
• Lead biannual release management and communicate updates
• Translate HR and IT stakeholder needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize optimization projects
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and user guides
