What you'll do

• Develop process and product quality standards and plans
• Lead risk identification and mitigation through DFMEAs and PFMEAs
• Coordinate with teams to implement quality processes
• Prepare for production ramp-up by executing quality tasks
• Ensure adherence to established quality standards
• Lead problem-solving teams for effective issue resolution

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in a quality role
• Experience with power electronics or battery technologies
