Power Systems Engineer II

About this role

Relativity Space seeks a Power Systems Engineer II to design and develop electrical infrastructure for the Terran R launch and processing facilities at Cape Canaveral. You'll work across multiple voltage levels, collaborate on facility projects, and support the integration of power generation, distribution, and sequencing systems critical to launch operations.

What you'll do

• Develop electrical project designs and construction drawings for launch and processing facilities
• Design electrical systems across voltage ranges from 22.5 kV to 120 V
• Support installation planning and purchasing for power generation, distribution, protection, and sequencing systems
• Prepare construction drawings, RFPs, bid packages, and bid evaluations for subcontractor management
• Develop electrical system requirements and participate in design reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management and teams on facility development
