About this role
Retell AI seeks a Customer Success Engineer to be the technical anchor for enterprise customers deploying AI voice agents at scale. You'll own end-to-end customer implementations, design voice agent workflows, troubleshoot production systems, and partner with product teams to drive customer success and expansion.
What you'll do
- Lead technical onboarding and become primary technical contact for enterprise customers through deployment and beyond
- Design conversation flows, integration strategies, and deployment architectures for AI voice agents
- Debug production issues including APIs, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, and latency problems
- Identify product gaps through customer feedback and advocate for improvements with Engineering and Product teams
- Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams and work directly in their codebases when needed
- Identify expansion opportunities and help customers launch new AI use cases to increase adoption
