Rillet is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to strengthen their platform infrastructure while developing a robust, scalable system for accounting and finance. Ideal candidates will be deeply knowledgeable in AWS and have a hands-on approach to CI/CD and distributed systems, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Manage CI/CD processes and developer tools for efficient software delivery
• Establish security and compliance measures from the ground up
• Design and enhance the scalability of external APIs
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps
• Elevate engineering quality through mentorship and design reviews

• 5+ years in software engineering
• Expertise in AWS
• Experience with CI/CD and distributed systems
• Ability to navigate technical decision-making
• Fast-paced environment adaptability
• Knowledge of Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript
• Understanding of enterprise readiness standards
