About this role
Join Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies as a Software Engineering Intern developing customer-facing infotainment and mobile applications for software-defined electric vehicles. You'll work on Android automotive apps, platform software, wireless connectivity, 3D graphics, or test automation across a 8-month internship from January to August 2027.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and test software features for infotainment, mobile, or connectivity applications
- Write code in Kotlin, Java, C++, or Python depending on team assignment
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand and implement feature requirements
- Debug and resolve issues discovered during development and testing phases
- Present work progress and findings to your team throughout the internship
