About this role

Join Roblox's Agent Infra team as an early-career Software Engineer to build the infrastructure powering autonomous AI agents at massive scale. You'll work on systems that safely handle long-running, non-deterministic agent workloads with real credentials, solving novel challenges in a rapidly evolving field.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the platform infrastructure that runs AI agents for millions of creators and thousands of engineers
• Develop agentic infrastructure systems focused on security, scalability, and optimization
• Learn and adapt to evolving AI agent capabilities and industry advances
• Experiment with agentic workflows and share learnings across the team
• Ensure systems handle long-running, non-deterministic workloads safely and cost-effectively
• Contribute to shaping Roblox's future infrastructure and AI agent technology
