Analytics Engineer

About this role

Rogo is seeking an Analytics Engineer to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you'll build and maintain data pipelines, reporting tools, and dashboards, while collaborating with various teams to support financial and operational analytics.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain data pipelines and dbt models
• Create internal dashboards to aid decision-making
• Develop an understanding of Rogo's data model for stakeholder support
• Support vendor relationships with financial data providers
• Build analytics for GTM performance and customer reporting
• Ensure high data quality and documentation

What they're looking for

• 4-8 years in analytics or data engineering
• Proficient in SQL and cloud data warehouses ( Snowflake preferred)
• Hands-on experience with dbt
• Dashboard building for non-technical users
• Full-stack problem solving
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work across multiple domains
