Quality NPI Engineer

About this role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Quality NPI Engineer to ensure new products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. The role focuses on risk management, process validation, and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee successful product launches.

What you'll do

• Lead quality activities during the NPI process
• Develop quality plans aligned with milestones
• Conduct Design and Process FMEA activities
• Define and execute process validation efforts
• Support nonconformance activities and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain quality documentation within the QMS system

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of PFMEA/DFMEA
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Root cause analysis methodologies
• Process validation expertise
• Inspection planning and metrology
• Cross-functional collaboration
