About this role
Saronic Technologies is seeking a Quality NPI Engineer to ensure new products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. The role focuses on risk management, process validation, and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee successful product launches.
What you'll do
- Lead quality activities during the NPI process
- Develop quality plans aligned with milestones
- Conduct Design and Process FMEA activities
- Define and execute process validation efforts
- Support nonconformance activities and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain quality documentation within the QMS system
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of PFMEA/DFMEA
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Root cause analysis methodologies
- Process validation expertise
- Inspection planning and metrology
- Cross-functional collaboration
