About this role
Saronic Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to own platform strategy and delivery across the enterprise, managing end-to-end solutions from design through production optimization. This role spans ITSM and ITOM modules, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement with emphasis on process efficiency and user adoption.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs across the ServiceNow platform
- Build and manage Flow Designer flows and IntegrationHub spokes to automate IT and business processes
- Administer Change Management module configuration including approval workflows, CAB automation, and risk policies
- Mature and maintain CMDB with Discovery schedules, normalization rules, and CI relationships
- Design and deploy REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise identity, patch management, and monitoring platforms
- Configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and manage Hardware Asset Management Pro lifecycle workflows

- JavaScript and Glide APIs
- ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog)
- ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, MID Server, Service Mapping)
- Flow Designer and workflow automation
- REST/SOAP integrations and API design
- ITIL process mapping
- Access Control Lists (ACL) and role-based access control (RBAC)
