About this role

Saronic Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to own platform strategy and delivery across the enterprise, managing end-to-end solutions from design through production optimization. This role spans ITSM and ITOM modules, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement with emphasis on process efficiency and user adoption.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs across the ServiceNow platform
  • Build and manage Flow Designer flows and IntegrationHub spokes to automate IT and business processes
  • Administer Change Management module configuration including approval workflows, CAB automation, and risk policies
  • Mature and maintain CMDB with Discovery schedules, normalization rules, and CI relationships
  • Design and deploy REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise identity, patch management, and monitoring platforms
  • Configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and manage Hardware Asset Management Pro lifecycle workflows
