About this role
As a Machine Learning Systems Research Engineer at Scale, you'll develop advanced algorithms for agent training and optimize ML systems for enterprise applications. Your work will support cutting-edge technologies across a variety of sectors, including cybersecurity and health tech.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize training and inference frameworks
- Post-train state-of-the-art models for enterprise use
- Collaborate with ML teams to assist their research and development
- Develop next-gen agent training algorithms for multi-agent systems
What they're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in LLM training
- Knowledge of system optimization
- Familiarity with post-training methods like RLHF/RLVR
- Experience with multi-node LLM training
- Strong software engineering skills (CUDA, Pytorch)
- Excellent communication skills
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or related field
