About this role
We are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in identity systems to join our Platform Engineering team, focusing on secure authentication and authorization across diverse enterprise systems. This role involves designing identity infrastructure, managing authentication and authorization mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
What you'll do
- Design and implement identity infrastructure for secure systems
- Manage authentication methods like SSO and MFA
- Oversee authorization mechanisms including ReBAC and RBAC
- Collaborate with auditors to enforce identity governance policies
- Provide technical guidance on identity management best practices
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of engineering experience
- Expertise in IAM controls and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with authorization frameworks like OpenFGA and Authzed
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and SAML standards
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage independent engineering projects
