The Front Office Support Engineer will provide technical assistance to the Discretionary Macro & Fixed Income trading teams, acting as a primary contact for system-related issues and project management tasks. The role involves enhancing trading processes and onboarding new applications to optimize the production environment.

  • Provide technical support to portfolio managers and traders
  • Act as the first point of contact for production outages and queries
  • Coordinate onboarding of new trading applications
  • Troubleshoot technical trading issues
