About this role
Scout Motors seeks an ADAS System Engineer to design, develop, and manage the electrical and electronic architecture for advanced driver assistance features on their new electric vehicles. This role bridges systems engineering, software development, and cross-functional teams to integrate ADAS capabilities into Scout's EV platform while ensuring safety, compliance, and class-leading performance.
What you'll do
- Design, calibrate, test, and sign off on Scout ADAS features as the primary expert
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, software developers, data scientists, and validation engineers to define system requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping to evaluate ADAS algorithms and architectures
- Ensure functional integration and compliance with vehicle-level requirements across platforms
- Work with UI/UX teams to craft customer-facing ADAS system experiences
