About this role

Scout Motors is seeking a Test Requirements and Validation Specialist for Infotainment to develop and execute comprehensive test cases and validation activities for in-vehicle infotainment systems, UX/UI, and connected features across displays, HMI interactions, navigation, media systems, and smartphone connectivity. You'll ensure the highest standards of safety and user experience for Scout's electric and range-extended vehicles.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute detailed test cases for infotainment, UX/UI, and connected experience features across center and driver displays
  • Validate HMI interactions, navigation systems, media playback, and voice assistant functionality
  • Test Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and smartphone connectivity integration
  • Define and manage whole-vehicle validation activities for customer use cases and feature attributes
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
  • Document test results and track defects through resolution
