Scout Motors seeks a Process Quality Engineer to lead battery architecture quality improvements for their innovative electric and range-extended vehicles. What you'll do

  • Develop and execute quality improvement strategies for battery architecture based on warranty and production data
  • Partner with Supplier Quality and Supply Chain on development and ongoing production activities
  • Analyze field and production data to support quality and production KPI goals
  • Lead root cause analysis planning, execution, and evaluation to maintain high production quality
  • Execute quality fast response processes and drive cross-functional improvements with Engineering and Operations
  • Define and maintain quality processes and technical standards in collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations teams
