You'll bridge development and end-users, optimizing solutions for complex tasks like bin-picking while providing field support and technical expertise.

What you'll do

  • Debug and resolve application-level issues across hardware and software components
  • Adapt robotic systems for client-specific use cases including path planning, perception, and object manipulation
  • Design task-specific workflows, configurations, and behaviors for robotic deployment
  • Conduct onsite testing and validation to ensure system reliability in real-world environments
  • Provide technical training and support to clients and system operators
  • Document workflows and create user guides for system operations
