Product Integrity Engineer - Floorcare
About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Product Integrity Engineer to ensure quality is built into floorcare products from the design phase onward. You'll work across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to lead design validation, manage quality risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the new product development process.
What you'll do
- Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, and safety reviews to identify quality risks early in NPD
- Develop and execute design verification and validation plans aligned with product requirements and regulatory standards
- Analyze engineering changes and pre-production build data to assess quality impact and prevent performance regression
- Serve as the quality voice in cross-functional teams, representing consumer expectations in design decisions
- Lead corrective action coordination with suppliers and manufacturing partners, including 8D responses and CAPA activities
- Define quality metrics and acceptance criteria, tracking validation performance and presenting status to leadership
