Sierra is seeking a Software Engineer for its Agent Data Platform to enhance AI capabilities through advanced data management and analytics. The role involves building scalable data systems and supporting personalized customer experiences to drive business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Architect and develop the core data platform for low-latency data handling.
• Build real-time event infrastructure and streaming pipelines.
• Create systems for agent memory and reusable customer data platform components.
• Implement optimization processes for personalized interactions.
• Ensure data is trustworthy and easy to use across the organization.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve analytics products.

• Proficiency in backend systems (Go, Scala, Python)
• Experience with large-scale data systems (Spark, Flink)
• Understanding of data governance and lineage
• Knowledge of data modeling best practices
• Full-stack engineering skills (TypeScript/React)
• Experience with machine learning features
• Strong software engineering background
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
