What you'll do
- Architect and develop the core data platform for low-latency data handling.
- Build real-time event infrastructure and streaming pipelines.
- Create systems for agent memory and reusable customer data platform components.
- Implement optimization processes for personalized interactions.
- Ensure data is trustworthy and easy to use across the organization.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve analytics products.

- Proficiency in backend systems (Go, Scala, Python)
- Experience with large-scale data systems (Spark, Flink)
- Understanding of data governance and lineage
- Knowledge of data modeling best practices
- Full-stack engineering skills (TypeScript/React)

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
