Solution Engineer

About this role

Sigma is seeking a remote Solution Engineer to support their cloud-native business intelligence platform by assisting customers through the technical presales cycle. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, develop solution prototypes, and deliver compelling demonstrations while managing multiple engagements.

What you'll do

• Conduct targeted discovery sessions with customers
• Create and present solution prototypes and customized demos
• Articulate the business value of the Sigma platform
• Respond to technical and security-related RFPs/RFIs
• Manage multiple customer engagements
• Achieve quarterly and annual objectives

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of business intelligence experience
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Knowledge of database concepts
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
• ETL tool familiarity (e.g., Fivetran, Matillion)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in implementing BI solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
