Silvus Technologies is looking for a Wireless Communication Systems Engineer to work on groundbreaking MANET and MIMO communication technologies. The role involves comprehensive project management in wireless technology, from design to field testing, within a hybrid work environment in Irvine, CA.

What you'll do

• Design and specify system requirements
• Develop and test algorithms and simulations
• Conduct system performance simulations and benchmarks
• Support FPGA and software development teams
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams for product development
• Participate in lab and field testing and troubleshooting

What they're looking for

• MS or PhD in relevant engineering fields
• 3+ years of wireless systems design experience
• RF propagation and channel modeling expertise
• Knowledge of digital communication systems
• Signal processing algorithms familiarity
• MATLAB programming proficiency
• Fixed point modeling and verification skills
• U.S. citizenship required for government contracts
