Forward Deployment Engineer
About this role
SingleStore is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers implementing real-time data solutions. You'll blend solution architecture, hands-on delivery, and customer partnership—designing and scaling SingleStore integrations while collaborating across sales, engineering, and product teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with customers to understand their architecture and business goals, translating them into scalable SingleStore solutions
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions integrating SingleStore into existing data ecosystems and applications
- Lead architectural whiteboard sessions and convert concepts into technical specifications and execution plans
- Own delivery of high-impact initiatives from concept through production, providing troubleshooting and optimization support
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product roadmap
- Feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and improvements
