  • 4+ years in customer-facing technical support
  • Experience with MySQL and SQL optimization
  • Sysadmin skills, particularly with Linux
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Go
  • Understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English
