GTM Engineer, Post-Sales

Skydio is seeking a GTM Engineer for Post-Sales to enhance operational efficiency across technical teams via automation and system building. This role focuses on understanding existing workflows, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of these systems within the organization.

What you'll do

• Identify operational challenges and propose software solutions
• Design and build scalable internal applications and automations
• Maintain a prioritized backlog for impactful projects
• Connect and operationalize data across various business platforms
• Document processes to ensure knowledge transfer within the team
• Track success metrics and iterate based on feedback

• Experience with Customer Success and operational systems
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proficient in building tools and integrations
• Strong understanding of large datasets and data modeling
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, etc.
• Knowledge of modern application development practices
• Understanding of AI technologies and applications
• Strong documentation and communication skills
