What you'll do

• Develop acceptance testing for manufacturing processes and tools
• Design precision tooling to enhance quality and reduce assembly errors
• Optimize hardware production by simplifying and automating processes
• Create in-situ inspection techniques for improved yield
• Oversee transition from development to high-rate production
• Collaborate with engineering teams on design improvements

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Experience with large mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of welding and metallic manufacturing processes
• 3D CAD software skills
• Design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) experience
• Ability to work in challenging physical environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
