Electrical Engineer, Sensors (Starship Avionics)

SpaceX is seeking an Electrical Engineer specializing in sensors for Starship avionics. The engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical circuits essential for sensor operations, contributing to the company's mission of enabling human life on Mars.

What you'll do

• Design and simulate low-noise circuits for sensors
• Complete board layout and electrical characterization
• Conduct circuit and device testing
• Select components for circuits
• Interface with microcontrollers for measurement applications
• Contribute to software development

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering
• Circuit design and testing experience
• PCB assembly knowledge
• Matlab, Python, or C/C++ proficiency
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment
• Knowledge of sensing technologies
• Experience with microcontrollers
• 2+ years in circuit design (preferred)
